Store in Grand Prairie wouldn’t take back my clothes because the tag wasn’t physically attached but I had my receipt and the tags in attached in the bag. Terrible customer service and was irritated because the AC doesn’t work in the store.

Well the employees, we're nice enough but I have to admit they had limited selections I was disappointed 😞

Very rude customer service. Arrived 12 minutes before closing and she locked the door as I was walking up to the door. Other guest laughed as she was seemingly talking about how she was not going to let me in. Very unprofessional. It was 2 workers there. 07/10/25
