  The employees are always so sweet and amazing. They always have a smile on their face and are great at answering any questions I have. I always choose to drive the extra miles to the Granbury location because I’ve always had such exceptional experiences. To name a few- April, Liz, and Jaylyn are incredible employees.

  I go to the UPS Store in Granbury several times a month with many packages. All of the employees are always friendly and professional. Today I was there with a stack of packages 30 minutes before they opened. I was pleasantly surprised when Liz opened the door early and assisted me with getting the packages in and processed. She went above and beyond getting me in and out before their opening time. Liz is very personable, always has a smile and pleasant conversation. She is a huge asset to this store!

  I called to ask about notary’s and an older lady answered the phone and just kept saying “$10 a notary” to every question I had. Then I asked to speak to another person and she proceeded to yell at her coworkers to take over the call. Mind you while waiting for her to hand off the phone I’m not sure if she was yelling at guest and her coworkers but she was very unpleasant and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. It was a simple phone call, you didn’t have to be so rude to me nor your coworkers and whoever else you were yelling at
