  Meatball sandwich was really good toasted.. Spicy Italian toasted is always a winner.

  What a horrible experience! My husband went in today to get food for our family, there were two employees there, the one employee said she didn’t know how to make the salad and asked her coworker, an older woman, to help her. The older woman ignored her multiple times and finally the coworker got fed up and grabbed her stuff and walked out of the job, then the rude employee who was ignoring her coworker started making two salads that my husband asked for and multiple times tried to argue with my husband about what he wanted on it, he told her he didn’t want cheese on it and she kept trying to tell him it comes with cheese as if he had to put cheese on the salad. Then there were certain things that my husband asked her to put on it, and she completely ignored him didn’t even acknowledge what he was saying so in the end, he paid for the two salads and decided to get the rest of our food (4 sandwiches)from firehouse subs. The one salad that she made is not even a full salad. It barely covers the bottom of the bowl and we were charged over $10 for each of these salads for less than a handful of lettuce also she stole money from the person in front of my husband and he confronted her about it and she just ignored him. The man told her he was supposed to get $11 in change and she only gave him five back. Clearly, the ownership and management of this place is a complete joke because there has obviously been multiple complaints made, and it seems to be about the same person and they continue to allow that person to mistreat customers. We absolutely will never be patronizing this place again many other places to get sandwiches and salads in town.

  Michelle was SO rude! She was literally making rude comments and rushing us! And her co-worker, Gavin I believe, was very welcoming and respectful, even an hour before close. He was cleary a high-school student and when he went to clock out at the time he was scheduled off at, 9pm, she denied him because, "I have been up since 5am amd I don't want to finish up alone." This whole experience was just flat ridiculous! I feel bad for anyone who has to work with that woman and she SHOULDN'T be a manager. 😡😡😡

  I had a really disappointing experience at Subway. The lady taking my order was extremely rude and acted very erratic—honestly, it felt like she was completely out of it. She had zero patience, didn’t listen properly, and made the whole interaction uncomfortable from start to finish. It was honestly unbelievable how unprofessional the service was. I don’t expect perfection, but basic respect and normal behavior should be a given. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes you want to come back.
