  I've ordered a total of 4 sandwiches via DoorDash twice. None of them have been close to accurate, and they somehow taste worse than other Subways when they should have identical ingredients. That's the strange part. Tossing 1 1/2 sandwiches. Maybe my dog will eat the meat. Maybe not.

  I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent experience at Subway. Unfortunately, the food I received was not prepared the way I requested, and the overall quality did not meet my expectations. In addition to the food concerns, I was also disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant. The store did not appear to be maintained to the standard I would expect from a food establishment. The customer service was also disappointing. The employees did not appear welcoming or friendly, and the way customers were spoken to came across as unprofessional and unpleasant. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but cleanliness, proper food preparation, and respectful customer service are important, especially when serving food to the public. I hope management will address these concerns with the staff and take the necessary steps to ensure the restaurant is kept clean and customers are treated respectfully. I would appreciate having this concern taken seriously and receiving a response regarding how it will be addressed.

  Ordered a spicy Italian for pickup. Asked for no lettuce, tomatoes or onions, so according to the menu, it should’ve just been the meats, cheese, mayo and jalapeños. I got all that but I also got spinach, green peppers, banana peppers, pickles and cucumbers. None of that is on this sandwich to begin with and I certainly didn’t ask for it. Don’t know what sandwich was made here, but it certainly wasn’t the one I ordered. Pictured is everything I picked off.
