  I just picked up 2 6” roast beef subs and they were the worst ever!! When you ask for mustard you don’t expect to have your sandwich SWIMMING in it. The bread was so soaked along with everything on it except to 2 very small pieces of roast beef! I tried to call but “ the voice mail you have reached has not been set up”. No wonder!! You can’t hear the complaints!! Sandwich makers either love your job or get out! You’re serving customers, listen to what they want! Manager, get on the ball and train your employees or get better help Take some prid in your store!! Coming for my money back!! Very dissatisfied customer!!!

  I used to like it tolerated it, until Jeremy disrespected my wife for simply asking a question. His job is customer service, and sandwich making if you don't like your job quit. Funny how he even made a post cause he has terrible customers service and makes sloppy sandwiches. Can't even make a sandwich right or respect your customers, I will keep pressing till he is fired from this location. Several people in our town have complained about him I do not understand how he is still there.

  Food was great. Vert fresh! Staff was courteous and very efficient. They were super crowded ,but very fast. Will definitely be back!

  I have been to this Subway at least a dozen times and it is nothing but consistent. Ordering live is fine but EVERY TIME I use the app (six or seven times now) at least one sandwich is completely wrong and usually all have something in error. The big issue with this order was the double ham only got single turkey (even with an extra charge). That may not seem like much, but it happens each time I use the app. Which should make it easier on the staff with a clear, advance order in case they're busy. In this one they also left dressing and seasoning off another. If you want a sub in GR, I highly recommend you order in person. The actual bread, meat, and veggies are always fresh, but it will be a while before I try again.
