  Stop the end of the night, the two older guys poor attitude, huffing and puffing shaking her head cuz they didn't have bread and they're mad because they got drive-thru orders and huffing and puffing all around poor attitude. Now the little black fella in their short thin frame you can tell was new had tattoos on his neck I gave him $2 toning to stick it in his pocket he told me no to put it in the tip jar I told him not to stick it in his pocket because you can tell he wasn't trained proper but he was doing the best damn job he could and I appreciated that you can see it in the way his actions were go to him thank you the two old dudes get a grip and stop huffing and puffing because you're busy and telling people you're going to have to wait with an attitude

  Came in today after work thinking I was getting a nice sandwich. The guy was telling me about his personal life while making my sandwich something fell out of his mouth on to my sandwich & he proceeded to keep making it. While he just let flys crawl on my second sandwich. Never coming back 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience. Don’t know the guys name but he’s the one with the tongue piercing

  Sat in the drive thru with two cars at the window. Placed a very simple order then proceeded to pick up window. Both cars were gone by then. Continued to sit at the window while two different employees passed by. Never greeted and never received my order. Pulled off and there were only two customers inside. No identifiable reason for lack of service.

  Initially had a pretty big issue with the way my sandwich was made. The person making it would not follow the written list of what was asked for, then stuck the condiments on it the way they wanted it (I assume). When it was delivered and I saw the mess it was in, and the deliverer said the maker wouldn't listen to her, I called the store. Jerry is an angel! He said bring it back, ask for him and he would do it right!! (As an individual that just got released from the hospital yesterday with serious dietary restrictions, and a $15 sammich...Jerry is an absolute ANGEL! **He offered to remake it without me even having to tell him this part!)

  Ordered a meatball sub and turkey sandwich online, pull up, grab it, get home, the meatballs in the sub are FREEZING COLD like fresh out of the refrigerator cold. Went ALL THE WAY BACK the kid up front admitted “I told them we shouldn’t have given you that” and remakes the food, get it home again and take a bite and the meatballs are lukewarm at best, just a nasty barely heated up meatball sub. Had to show up a THRID TIME and just ask for a ham sandwich instead because obviously I wasn’t going to get any HOT food. Disappointing waste of my money, gas and time. (About an hour ordeal of just trying to get a damn sandwich) kid up front was nice but the whole situation is just ridiculous
