Wingstop Google Review
I’ve ordered from Wingstop through the app many times, usually from the Georgetown location. This time, the app somehow changed my order to an Austin location. When I went to the Georgetown location and explained the situation, the employees told me there was nothing they could do and that my only options were to drive all the way to Austin or cancel my order.
The manager on duty also seemed inexperienced and did not make much of an effort to find a solution or take initiative in helping resolve the issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected better customer service and more effort to help.
So this was my first time ever having Wingstop, and I've only ever heard good things. But I grew up in the Show Me State, so I generally don't believe anything until I experience it myself. I honestly wasn't impressed, first of all, the young man working the counter was very polite and helpful. Even went as far as asking the (whom I assume was) manager if I could taste a fry as my wife said something about them being sweet. She said I couldn't. Although he had a compromise. Lemon pepper fries. These were most definitely sweet as they were more lemon than pepper. The wings were way overcooked. Which I admit is far better than under cooked but even sauced it was very obvious how dry the wings were. I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt because they were quite busy, but I'm not sure if I'll be back. I would have given the service itself a lower rating. But the gentleman at the counter was as I said very polite and helpful. Seriously though, I understand sweet potato fries sure, but sugar on tater fries.... What a not very good idea.
Rude customer service. Missing orders, when asked for a refund the person just hang up on us without even confirming whether the refund was processed or not. We had to call them again.

Ordered after a 12hr shift and about cried tears of happiness while eating my food. Wings were perfectly seasoned (garlic parmesan), were warm, crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside. Fries were tasty and crispy. Delivery took a while but my food was still warm when it arrived. I could feel my sanity returning after this lifesaving meal. Thanks 😋💕

This place has to be one of the slowest Wingstop in the franchises. The food is fine. It taste like Wingstop, however be prepared to wait forever and then add a day in order to get your food. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering in-store or if you have ordered online and are picking up. We are always 100% of the time having to wait to pick up our food even if we’ve ordered from home and gave it extra time beyond what it says it will be for pick up on the app. The service is below average for a Wingstop and we really need to stop going here. I would recommend not coming. UPDATE: I reached out to Wingstop as requested is their non-heartfelt response that you can see and after a month no response. What a joke, why even tell customers you care and tell them to email when they know there will be no response.
