  Talia helped me today. I didn’t ship a package because it was too expensive; I was trying to ship a skateboard. He went above and beyond with me. I couldn’t afford the $45 shipping so he gave me a little slip for the dimensions and weight. Absolutely an amazing guy, thanks yall

  The personnel here are unprofessional. They are no help at all. They don’t even bother to try and help customers. Go somewhere else. Is always something different.

  Not sure what is going on with the negative reviews. I use this store for all my shipping, including Amazon returns, and have never had a problem, let alone the negative experiences described by some of these reviewers.

  Today I witnessed a middle aged blonde woman (potentially the owner) being incredibly rude to customer after customer! She was NOT helpful and on top of that down right mean. The amount of attitude she gave every costumer who came up was so shocking that I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. If this was the owner, UPS needs to revoke her franchise and if it’s not, she needs to be fired or sent to work in the back! There is no reason to be rude to people to that extent. Truly shocking behavior! I hope she tries her fast blinking attitude on someone who will give her a taste of her own medicine!
