  This location is always quick and friendly! I use them for Amazon returns typically. However, I had to ship a box today via UPS. The staff were knowledgeable and informative! Melissa and the lady (I forgot to get her name) at the counter were great figuring out the best box to use. This was my first time shipping anything, so I was a bit nervous since I like to be a quick and easy customer. But they were so pleasant and patient, even when we couldn’t find the right size box initially. They both worked together to figure it out, and did so as good co workers should! Good job to all the UPS members at this location, yall are wonderful!

  I had gone in today to take care of some business at ups and spoke to Cierra. Cierra I want her to be recognized for her hard work ,attention to detail ,her patience ,professionalism with me as a customer as i had options ,had to decide which one would best suit my needs so thank you cierra hope you keep on keeping on .you are a rock star

  Melissa was so helpful! I was lost in the store, she came up to me, guide me and boom! I was on my way out! I wish every service people was like her!!!! 5 shiny star to UPS Gtown TX to hire her. My day just started better today because of her! Thank you Melissa!

  Cierra was so friendly and so helpful today, it literally made my day! They are so friendly, helpful and kind here! She explained the insurance to me and helped me mail my package! She was incredibly kind and because of that, I’ll be back! Thank you!!!

  The new staff at this location are wonderful and truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest is taken care of. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stand out. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about providing a great experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning!
