  I had to upgrade, my Google Pixel 8 wouldn't connect to the internet or turn on the Bluetooth! So I bought a "reconditioned " iPhone 16 pro max, what a big mistake. Krystal walked me through all the features and widgets that my new (used) phone had in it, and thankfully transferred all my info over. However: That's not the end of the story. I went to work all excited and found that due a security issue with the IPhone my companies proprietary info.couldnt be shared through a damn 3rd party verification process? So after buying a good phone at a decent price it was useless. I went back to Krystal the next day and she set me up with a new Samsung after other dealers wouldn't even bat an eye to try and help me. She was terrific and thorough and apologized for something that was NOT even her fault. If you are looking for a new service or switching carriers GO SEE Krystal at Cricket in Georgetown behind Starbucks. She is a Real Trooper and spent over an hour and a half to fix my probs.

  I visited the Cricket store in Georgetown, Texas today and had an excellent experience thanks to Crystal. She went above and beyond in every way—made sure both my number and my mom’s number were written down correctly, put a phone case and screen protector on my mom’s phone, and even helped me choose a really nice, girly color that my mom loved. The whole interaction felt genuinely warm and welcoming, not forced or fake customer service. I left feeling really satisfied and happy with the service I received. If you’re going to this location, I highly recommend asking for Crystal.

  I went in just to look around and crystal helped me understand the pros of cricket and told me about all of the amazing promos they have going on. Due to crystal being respectful and very good with explaining the pricing per plan, i am now a forever cricket customer. Thank you crystal.
