  Frank and his staff are amazing to work with. His store has helped the GHS XC team fundraise for 2 years now. He donates all of the supplies, space, and water so our runners can raise funds for their team. We are grateful to him and Advance Auto Parts.

  I came to buy nut that was missing from my battery cord. Frank came out to inspect it and saw that it wasn’t the missing nut that was the problem. He then diagnosed the car and verified that it was the acid on the battery cord and that it was loose. He came out with battery acid remover and some tools and re-fastened everything and remove the battery Acid. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto parts store. Thank you, Frank.

  My first time going to this location and i was greeted by George and Frank. George was such a great help with explaining and showing me what was wrong with my vehicle along with the best quality yet affordable part. I would definitely recommend this location and it's staff 10/10.

  Georgetown, TX store (6255) employee "George" provided exceptional service going way above and beyond all expectations. My Honda CR-V battery died and I was unable to start the car which was parked in my garage. I took my truck to pick up a new battery. George provided advice on the best battery for the car. He then carried it out to my truck. He must have noticed the disabled veteran plates on the truck and asked if I was a veteran. When I replied affirmatively, he told me that Advance Auto Parts gave a military discount. He went back into the store and adjusted my receipt to give the discount. He then asked if I had someone to install the battery. When I said no, he volunteered to come to my house after work (on his own time) to install it for me. The store closed at 9pm and 20 minutes later he was at my house installing the battery. I sincerely appreciate George's efforts and customer-first attitude!
