  La habitación estaba demasiado sucia. La bañera no estaba limpia y, además, el agua no drenaba correctamente. El desayuno fue muy desagradable; incluso la mezcla para preparar los waffles parecía estar echada a perder. Definitivamente, la limpieza y la calidad del desayuno necesitan mejorar considerablemente.

  Awesome hotel! Loved the beds, tv options and location. Breakfast was good and the gym was amazing. Wish it had better washing machines but overall it's the best stop in George West

  Handicap bathroom did NOT have a raised toilet, shower stall was a great size but floors where extremely slippery.

  Tub was filthy. Service was horrible. They said my payment was being denied thru expedia. Had i not been so tired i would've driven back home instead. My company paid for the room and I had the receipt available. It was Sunday. My company was closed. The girl at the desk said her manager would call me when she got in. I fell asleep and was called at almost midnight saying my room wasnt paid for and I needed to pay & expedia was available 24hrs. I called expedia. They called the front desk several times and no answer. I called from the room and she answered. The manager was rude. And the payment didn't go thru because they were charging more than what they were supposed to. After working all day this could've been taken care of at a decent hour. She had no customer service skills whatsoever. The sheets smelled. I laid my clothes under me to sleep and rolled some up to use as a pillow. There was dried toilet paper stuck in cracks along the walls in the bathrooms and the carpets were stained. Didn't see any roaches as people complained. But the place was dirty.

  Not a good place to stay for the price Is totally different that what’s on the internet room smells like humidity restrooms are not cleaned enough tv don’t work spider webs above the headrest towels are not white anymore First and last stay for me
