I do not eat at subway anymore! The last time I ordered a sub and the lady asked me what I wanted. I pointed at the picture on the wall and said I want that just like that and make it a double meat if you need to! So 20 some odd dollars later and much frustration I got a smashed mini loaf of bread with a couple slices of cheese and some meat and a smattering of vegetables! really I was embarrassed for the employees! When I said that looks nothing like the picture! but according to there recipie I got the exact samwich in the picture! What a bad product! The stores are clean the staff is usealy awesome but that's not the problem it's the chincy penny pinching overcharging! These Restrauts among others came about originally to serve quick inexpensive meals to hard working Americans. Hence the 5 dollar foot long, the 99 cent menus ect.. all of these fast food places are out of kilter from what there original purpose was! It's like buying a used car. You scour the photos find what you want it has no dents no cracked windshield low mileage and a fair price then you go look at it and there is massive hail damage they photo shopped out! the mileage was written down wrong the zero at the start was supposed to be at the end! Would you call that a scam? Dishonesty? Misrepresentation? Would you still buy the car? Most likely not! So why is it ok to do that to our food? It's not like this is a fine dining establishment and the audacity of some of these places to ask for tips!?!

Was told my food was gonna be done at 4:45 on the app. I sat at the drive though for 30 minutes waiting for my food. Thats unacceptable!!😑😤😡🤬🤬
Place an order at the wrong store because I travel for work and forgot I had this one on the app. Once I realized I tried to call them and they kept hang up on me now I had to pay for 2 meals and I only have one because they won’t answer so I can cancel the order. Fix your problem.
at 10:50am when we walked in the place was empty we waited 5 minutes for an employee to come back who happened to be in dunkin donuts but when she walked in she didnt great us with hello or anything she washed her hands and threw her paper towel down then we placed our order while she was throwing everything around she seemed so pissed off then the second girl came in while holes in her shirt neither of these workers seemed happy to be here and were definitely not welcoming.

I always try to lighten the mood, because, let's face it, dealing with the public can be rough. Tonight, 3/26/26, around 8 pm, i cracked a joke and got silence and a dirty look. Later, she was hitting the computer screen hard. She definitely wasn't tipped. I didn't feel welcomed in any way whatsoever. I will never go in when I see her working. She needs some serious customer service training.
