  Had to wait over 30 minutes on a pickup order that was supposed to be ready on arrival. After waiting for the food as patiently as I can for an extra 30 minutes I ask if I can go ahead and get my drinks and again ask if the order is almost ready. The kid at the front counter is on his phone the whole time playing and actually ordering a pizza for himself from another store I overhear while waiting. Obviously not in a hurry to prepare food. Finally after getting my drinks the skinny male “manager” comes to me and stands behind the counter pointing in my face telling me next time I don’t like that I have to wait I can leave! He’s standing there pointing in my face with his finger pointed inches away from me. I immediately tell him to get out of my face and proceed to tell him I had to wait almost an extra 30 minutes while he’s screaming at me over and over that he doesn’t care! He doesn’t care! All this for some food that wasn’t ready while the staff plays on their phone at the front counter, orders their own food and everyone’s laughing and playing back there while I’m wondering why it’s taking so long…… lost another customer here. Definitely not how you treat customers having to wait an additional 30 minutes after being told an orders to be picked up at a certain time! Store needs better management . Kids playing on phones, “ managers “ yelling at customers getting impatient because they can’t keep up? Do better wingstop! NEVER get in a Customers face AND try to argue with somebody! What happened to customer service!

  I had my heart set on a chicken sandwich and was actually happy about getting some food. But no one said hello. I seen three other employees that I know seen me and no one said one minute or anything. After so long I walked out. I don’t know if it was because I was black or something. But it was definitely intentional on ignoring me.

  I called two times for them to tell me to hold for a second. The first time I held 2 minutes. I called a second time, same thing. This time I held a little longer. No one comes back to the phone. The third time I called it was 8:38pm and told the same thing yet again. By this time I’m in my car driving to place an order. I walk in, place my order. At 8:55 when they handed me my order, they picked the phone up. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! They were not that busy!! Not to mention when I placed my order, the cashier that put me on hold acted as if she didn’t want to be there! The manager walking around doing absolutely NOTHING!! I ordered 20 Louisiana Rub, Bone In. I open the box when I get home, ONLY 6 drumettes and the rest are flats. This is a 20 piece!!!! I won’t be going back!!
