  Decent location. Staff is generally cordial but almost always very disheveled in terms of appearance and oftentimes they offer a lackluster service experience - just slow to move, low energy, no “thank you” etc... The store hours also aren’t great. 8am weekdays, 9am Saturday and 11am Sunday? This place should be open at 7am weekdays and 8am weekends. Probably could be a great location with more active management.

  Sam Henderson, the manager, was extremely helpful and patient with printing my invitations out & did them pretty quickly. Excellent customer service! Would definitely come here again for my print & ship needs.

  Shari Young at this location is such a sweetheart and soft spoken lady. Extremely nice and she made my returns to Amazon a complete breeze. The hospitality was 110%. She needs to be praised by the team for a pleasing customer service.

  I work for a large company myself, so I understand very well what real customer service and excellent customer care should look like. That’s why I truly appreciate Andres and the way he handled my transaction today. A good employee doesn’t just complete a transaction — they take the time to explain things clearly when customers don’t understand, make customers feel comfortable, and actually care about helping people. Andres did exactly that. My whole transaction today felt smooth, easy, and stress-free. I previously had a very bad experience with the UPS store on Buckingham. Honestly, if I could rate that location zero stars, I would. My package issue there made me feel like nobody cared, and the customer service was terrible. But today’s experience here was completely different. If I could give 10 stars for today’s transaction, I absolutely would. I truly hope my package will be handled properly this time and won’t get lost like before. This UPS store is very lucky to have a hardworking employee like Andres. 100/100 customer service.
