    I was so happy to see UPS in Garland since it’s close to my house. My first two visits were great, but today was disappointing. Two employees were available, yet I had to do my entire Amazon return myself—scan it, pack it, and label it. One even joked, “I trained her well.” I couldn’t help but say, “Send me my paycheck!” 😂 I just hope they don’t treat all their customers this way.
