The service was good till we food a bug or a piece of hair was found in my mom's sandwich and then the cashier wanted to charge her to refund the sandwich that's unbelievable

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Order was placed on the Subway app. When my husband arrived, they stated that they didn't receive the order. My husband pulled up the order on his phone to show that it was indeed placed & that it was at the 5970 Broadway location showing date & pickup time. (There are 2 Subways on Broadway.) There were 3 workers who were unable to assist with the order. They called their manager who was NOT onsite. Long story short, the manager refused to honor the order receipt from the Subway app, refused to create the sandwich & refused to refund the money. He told my husband that he would have to get his own refund by filing a grievance through the app. This is the closest sandwich shop to my home, but I will gladly drive past it to get BOTH better customer service & and an actual sandwich. This is not how you treat repeat customers! Simply pitiful....zero stars. This is not the first or second or third time that I have had an issue at this location, but it is indeed the last time!

Inside was clean, service was just okay and the food was terrible. Even with all the vegetables and sauces, the sandwich still tasted bland. I’m not sure if the manager is telling the employees to put the bare minimum on the sandwich or what. 34 dollars for 2 subs and some chips I would have expected more from Subway

Closing time is at 10pm and I went at 9pm and everything was closed and put away already .
