Older lady was very rude, she told us hurry up and order she had nobody, but one customer behind us! It’s always the same lady.

The lady working at 5pm on 5-22-26 was rude and made me lean over the counter while she held my order as far from the counter as she could. Then I get home and noticed every single one of my 3 subs was incorrect. This is my second time having a grossly incorrect order from this particular store and now rude service. We won’t be returning.

Food is always fine but they have got this one lady working. She's sweet but honestly, when I step through the door and get yelled at that I'm not next in line I kinda get a sour mood. I shouldnt have to order online inside the subway and sit for 20 mins when there's no line

rude worker app says close at 9 lady gets mad we walk in at 8:27 says they close at 8:30 then proceeds to be rude
They must purposefully hire the RUDEST employees, specifically Maria. They catch an attitude seconds after you interact with them, are somehow capable of messing up sandwiches, and will hang the phone up on you if you try calling for any concern about a mistake they made. It’s beyond a shame that they’re still in business; someone needs to evaluate this staff because they appear to be highly untrained. What a joke of a place; you couldn’t pay me to come here again.
