    I work in customer service and I really like to greet everyone who comes in even though I'm busy. In this place they don't say not even hi, when you ask something they answer you badly they have a bad mood the older woman is a grocer and they don't borrow the bathroom the truth is I didn't like it at all.

    Can't order through the app at all. I can add shit to my cart all day but when i go to checkout; " Something went wrong!". Over. And Over. And over again. And i can never check out. Want to waste your time while your tummy grumbles? Order from subway! Absolutely the most frustrating thing when im trying to get a quick dinner and now its 8:15pm and ive been trying to get the app to simply work since then. Ridiculous.

    I usually always order inside for this same reason. I don't understand why they’re so stingy with their ingredients. The older guy seems sweet but he needs to pay attention with orders and special instructions. I asked for mayo, ranch, and teriyaki sauce on my sandwich and I got the driest sandwich ever even though I specifically asked for extra in the special instructions for this same reason. I picked up my order confident that they would serve it right since i even asked for extra but no it was still the same. We tried calling multiple times and no one answered even though the restaurant was completely empty when i had gone to pick up.

    I want eat there they don't change the lettuce and I got some old ham it was a different color I almost to it back but don't eat there every time I go the lettuce looks bad and the tomatoes looks old you ask about it but they never want to give you fresh veggies so I stop going

    Place appeared clean. Person making sandwiches couldn't understand English well enough to get order details. This is America afterall. She was not friendly to be in customer service. She put ranch on a meatball sandwich. Who does that? When told no, no, stop, she made no effort to redo the sandwich or even apologize. Far too expensive to have the mess forced on you because of incompetent employee. THIS IS WHY SUBWAYS ARE GOING DOWN IN BUSINESS!!! The food was awful and the service was worse. We stopped going to Subway on Buckingham for much the same reasons, now we tried another and same issues. Done with ALL Subways!
