    Ordered for pickup. Was to be ready at 5:40. When I arrived at 5:40, order was not even started. 2 sandwiches were on wrong bread, and 3 were not toasted. Workers did not great arriving customers to let them know they were behind. 2 customers left before placing their order. Management needs to step it up here.

    What is the point of online ordering if you're just gonna sit there forever waiting to be helped! I put in an online order for pick up at 6. It's 6:30 and I'm still sitting here. The 2 people behind the counter keep ingoring me and when I asked about my order the guy was short and rude and told me he was busy making sandwiches. They decided to help everyone who walked in after me first. Last time it happened, I let it go but apparently, it's a theme at this store. While I'm sitting here waiting on them to even start my order, the other girl behind the counter is on her cell!!! Never again!!

    Subway – Smaller Than 6 Inches I used to love Subway for the "fresh" sandwiches and the feeling that you were getting a good deal. Unfortunately, the 6-inch subs are now noticeably smaller than they used to be — more like a fun-size or kid’s portion. You walk in thinking you’re getting a decent meal, but what you actually get feels cheap and skimpy. For the price, it’s really disappointing. That said, the staff is genuinely nice, especially the morning crew. They’re friendly and try their best. The issue isn’t with them — it’s clearly a corporate decision on portion size. One small suggestion for the team: try to cut the bread more evenly. Some sandwiches end up with one huge half and one tiny half, which makes it even more obvious how small they are. Will I go back? Probably… but only if I’m really craving it and accept that I’m paying full price for a mini sandwich.

    Very disappointed paid for toasted sandwich and it was cold and not even toasted. And still expect me to go back and get a new when I don’t have time to go back. Disappointed that all these good places are going down the drain.
