  I have had this agent for several years monthly premiums are kinda pricey. I have several cars and homeowner insurance as well but my dodge charger which is a top car for auto theft has been a problem for some time now, made a recent theft report and Allstate is really giving me a hard time processing my claim my problem is why would I damage my own car what would I gain from this I’m 59 dealing with physical and mental issues. Claim still open it’s been over 30 days the investigator sent me like over 10 things to provide I’m guess prove I didn’t damage my own car which is ridiculous and insulting! Never have had to provide proof of payment or my financial status, phone records ect. Police reports should speak for it self I have 2 from different agencies at some point I’m feeling discriminated against as 59 yr old black female this is mind blowing that’s Allstate deducts over $400 a month out of my account never late but is questioning me like I’m a criminal I have asked Samantha Rodriguez several times to have a Manager contact me which has yet to happen, mainly before I seek legal counseling to get a claim paid!! Not sure if Allstate is really on my side at this point kinda crazy you pay someone to insure your possessions and they treat you as if you are the criminal!!

  I was with this agency for over 3 years their agent forgot to add my second vehicle to the policy and because she forgot to put notes "in the system" management was condescending and pretty much called me a liar. Don't trust this agency they're manipulative and not transparent about your policy.
