  My former auto insurance policy increased and I began shopping all around for something more economical. I checked out many many insurance companies and they all had steep monthly payments to offer. Then I happened to call Allstate.. (such a well known company; I figured that they would have their prices in line with all the others) but noooo! They quoted a price that was about half or less than what the others were offering. Then my prior insurance guy warned me that when my policy renews with Allstate; the price would escalate, but noooo again. My policy and price have remained the very same and I remain extremely happy with Allstate auto insurance. I have also noticed that they provide excellent customer service.

  I was with this agency for over 3 years their agent forgot to add my second vehicle to the policy and because she forgot to put notes "in the system" management was condescending and pretty much called me a liar. Don't trust this agency they're manipulative and not transparent about your policy.
