  I had a really stressful issue with a FedEx delivery today because I missed the driver while I was at work and urgently needed my phone. I went to the facility and spoke with a manager named Craigu. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. Even though the driver was still out with the package, he took the time to listen, wrote down my number, and offered to personally call me after hours if the package came back so I could pick it up tonight. That level of customer service genuinely made my day. Huge thanks to Craigu for actually caring and going out of his way to help.

  Cant do simple task that a major hub or ship center should, they would NOT print a label for pre paid shipment

  A driver from this location did not bother to deliver my package, but lied on the tracking page and said he attempted. I waited at home all day. Maybe find another line of work if you can’t do the basic thing you are hired to do.

  Listed as OPEN online. Parking lot completely coned off with no notification on Google whatsoever for their hours. Wasted my time and likely others.
