  I had an outstanding experience at this Advance Auto Parts! I went in to exchange my car battery under warranty, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with exceptional customer service. Michelle Ureño greeted me with a warm smile and a great attitude that made me feel welcome right away. CCP Mrs. Mendoza was equally amazing—she was patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Both of them took the time to answer my questions, made the warranty process quick and hassle-free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, and Michelle and Mrs. Mendoza are a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like. Because of them, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my automotive needs. Highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts store—the people who work here make all the difference!
