  If I could rate 0 stars I would I had a terrible experience in this Wingstop today I had placed an order at 7pm to go pickup at 7:30 I walked in and I was waiting patiently our order popped up on the screen saying it was ready and then disappeared we asked the lady about it at the counter and she was very rude they kept saying they were going to remake it because it disappeared and the wait just kept getting longer after waiting forever to get my food I asked for a refund and walked out terrible customer service get a better staff !!!

  This was by far the worst Wingstop I have ever had! Ordered a party pack and received a bunch of naked wings! No flavoring! Either they just don't care or they do a poor job of training.... The fries and the corn was the same way.

  Terrible experience...they were extremely slow...the food half cooked when asked to do well done...I waited over a hour for my food

  This Wingstop is a JOKE! I'm currently waiting on hold for the 3rd time. They just pick up the phone say hold please and never come back to the phone! 3 times in a row! These people have taken my money from the bank but on the app it says my card was declined! HOW When they took my money! I can't believe these people are allowed to stay in business! Shut this joke of a restaurant DOWN! They don't even care when it happens either. No apology nothing! That's OK there plenty of places here in Galveston to get wings. I will not be giving this crap company one more penny of my money.
