I stopped at this Subway and ordered two Steak & Cheese sandwiches — one 6" and one 12". Both were extremely disappointing. The meat had almost no flavor and tasted like it had been boiled instead of grilled or seasoned. The texture was off, the sandwiches were bland, and nothing about them resembled what a Steak & Cheese should taste like. For the price I paid, it felt like a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend avoiding the Steak & Cheese at this location.
Only one person’s working there and it’s the manager very slow order got wrong several different times somebody needs to come in and help this guy

Made a last-minute decision to turn in and get a sandwich so I didn’t have to cook tonight. Haven’t eaten Subway in a long time. First time at this facility. The Store was clean food looked and smelled fresh and the customer service from Amber and Michael was excellent. There were several people in line and only the two of them working but neither of them looked stressed. They were happy and laughing with the customers. I just might have to eat here more often. A+ for these guys.

No drink, Not toasted, No bag of chips.. simple order. Not Subways’ fault just employee lack of work ethic. In hopes of better production next time.

First red flag was immediately after walking in and just kept coming. Employee genuinely didn’t know what Italian bread was, didn’t know which meat was turkey or ham (and had to ask me), or how many pieces to put on the sandwich. Two more people were in the back while we asked the employee to change his gloves and start the sandwich over after washing a knife, (an avocado knife btw) with his gloves on, and came back to making the sandwich with the same used wet gloves. He asked us what was wrong with washing the knife with gloves on, then starting back on the sandwich without changing his gloves. Genuinely, did they receive food handling certification? It was just really a weird experience. We had to toss our sandwiches after thinking about what other basic food handling rules were not followed for food prep, etc. Not faulting the employee for not knowing these things, this is on someone higher up. Yuck for real.
