  I placed an order from Subway, but my delivery arrived with several items missing. I immediately tried to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue and called more than 15 times, but no one answered the phone. I also contacted customer support, but I was told to contact the store directly. Unfortunately, that was not possible because the restaurant never answered any of my calls. This has been very frustrating, as I paid for items that were not delivered and had no way to get assistance from the store. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible by either providing a refund for the missing items or arranging a replacement. I also hope this matter is investigated so that customers can receive proper support when issues like this occur.

  Food is good but the customer service terrible. I hope Management reads this and trains their staff better. They would be making more money if they got rid of their terrible staff thats there just to collect a cheque. Especially the Spanish lady forgot her name horrible attitude like she doesn't want to be there and always on her phone. And moves slow like its on purpose.
