  Horrible service. Picked up my food after placing an online order, was a little bit after the pick up time and when I walked in the employee said “thank god you came to pick it up, I was about to give it to a homeless guy” Very unprofessional and rude. Let alone the fact when I open my order it’s not even wrapped correctly, half of my sandwich was in the bag without the other half.

  Person making my sandwich was fine this was at 1:15 on 5/1/26 manager or some older lady doing side work was incredibly rude and butted in on the person making my sandwich and decided to make such an easy simple nice interaction we were having bad for no reason…. they need to stay in the back or seriously work on customer service.

  Went out of their way to make sure everything was great! Even baked fresh cookies so I could get the full dozen I needed! Very grateful!

  This is literally the worst subway ever with the rudest employee ever today. Im not sure who he was but he definitely needs some customer service skill because he has zero. I will never be back to this location.
