  Ali was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of getting my insurance. She was extremely helpful, patient, and made everything very easy to understand. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.   Ok... I don't leave reviews like this very often but I felt compelled to in this case. Michael J Canape II, with Allstate. I have never recieved the kind of personalized, cordial, friendly, patient, understanding, competent, caring, and useful service front and insurance agent. The time and effort he must have spent in the background between calls and emails I am thankful for. He navigated my complex insurance needs from houses, cars, and a travel trailer. I have a family compound with multiple different needs for coverages for multiple drivers and residences. He literally saved me thousands (pleural) on my insurance by bundling and tailoring coverages to fit my diverse needs. So shout out to Michael J Canape II! Anyone who needs this kind of care mention him by name and you may get lucky enough to work with him!

  I was contacted by Sheila Ackley after filling out a quote request for insurance. She is very honest and never attempted to upsell me unless she thought it was worth it and she explained it to me in very simple reasoning. I went from 783.00 a month to less than 500.00 a month for basically the same coverage I had with State Farm and Progressive. This is the agency you need to be buying insurance from.
