  I Placed A Order In Store And Tried Ordering A Different Fry With My Combo And Was Told They Didn’t Serve The Item Anymore So I Decided To Make A Mobile Order And They Served Me The Item And Told Me I’m Not Allowed To Order A Different Fry With My Combo In Store….This How I Got My Fries That They Supposedly Don’t Have Anymore

  This place really has horrible service and its ran by a bunch of people who dont know what they are doing. The online app ended up messing up and we called in to let them know about the mistake we then came in to pick up the order and we checked it because the guy who picked up the phone sounded like he was either high or drunk because of his slurred speech. We checked the bag and the order was wrong we then asked to see the manager to help us and he did but he ended up meesing it up again, so we told him again and he redid it and finally got it right. He then said it was OUR fault because we placed the order on the app instead of calling it in. WHO SAYS ITS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT? Very unprofessional and rude I never had this type of experience at any other restaurant chain. 100% would never recommend this place. I would recommend the wingstop on little road where the people are actually respectful and know how to handle mistakes.

  I ordered some lemon pepper wings yesterday online for pick up , I still had to wait 20 mins when I got there to pick them up but it was a bad rain storm so I let that slide however my wings were disgusted, full of fat and didn’t taste like lemon pepper at all I had to add my own spices from my kitchen cause the wings were so dry and bland .
