  The worst experience I have ever had at this location. I ordered my food online and got it with food missing, Ranch spilled all over and wings half sauced. I took the food back just like I got it. The manager Jacob asked me am I sure this is how I received it? Why would I uber back here if it was right? I waited 30 mins for my order to be remade only for him to hand me a half order of wings, no fries, no corn and 1 Ranch. I asked what was this and he said that's what you brought me. So that's what I'm giving you. I asked for a refund on the spot. I was told it would be 3-5 business days. I asked for a receipt stated that and the company number. He then got an attitude and told me he was not writing anything down. I had to change my tone in order to even get the receipt with the store number and my order info. I will be going back in the morning to speak with someone else to very info but I will NEVER order from this wingstop again. This is a pic of said manager. Update, the store manager Neisha called me today. She was sweet and professional. I will be getting a refund and if I come back it will only be when she is working. 🫶🏿

  Terrible service. Food was not hot. They forgot a few ranches and blue cheese that we paid for and the cashier tried to fight us about it and made us bring the entire order back in. Will definitely not come back to this store.
