  Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! i should’ve read the reviews before coming here but came to this one because it was the closest one by smh my wings taste like they were ALREADY FRIED & OLD!!! and i only had wings only!!! not even the meal waste of my money man i feel so bad for anybody who comes here and not aware!! then i ordered hot honey rubb & that wasn’t even the right seasonings on my chicken!!! they just threw something together do not come here!! i wanna barf!! ewww i wanna throw up so bad

  Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did the worker at the front lie about the wait time, but he also treated me badly. The second I walked in and told him I had an order to pick up, he immediately yelled at me saying, “LET ME SEE ON THE APP!” Extremely rude. Then, he told me the wait time would be 8 minutes. Turns out I sat there for around 20-25 minutes. Now even though that’s not too long of a wait, I was a little disappointed at the dishonesty. If he had just told me that it would take that long, it would be perfectly fine. I am not sure of his name, but he is a Mexican man who is of a bigger size and he was working at 11:30 on a Friday. I recommend the food, but not the customer service.

  worse food quality. I have tried many time but this was worst of all. I don't think I will have wingstop again. too salty and crumbled fries.

  Ordered 34 wings with wet and dry seasonings. They packed the wings where the dry rub was in the same container as the sauced wings. They only used one paper to separate the two different flavors, and this caused the sauce wings to seep past the paper and onto the dry rub wings. All My dry rub wings ended up as sauced wings instead of dry. The fries tasted stale like they had been sitting for a while before being served. The cashier seemed more interested in flirting with the female than caring about the situation and blew me off. Edit: I reached out like I was told to do, and some one did reach out however nothing was resolved. The person who reached out sent a single text late at night and I responded. I never got a response back

  Cece is amazing and I drive all the way across town to go to this store for her! She’s the best and the food is always FRESH!
