  Very bad experience at the store. Staffing issues, long queues and no response on time. Only one staff even if its busy and no one bothers to address people waiting for long.. you should work on it.. adequate staffing issues improves customer experience

  The customer service in this store is below standards. I have visited this store multiple times and they are not welcoming. The store always has one staff who always works on his/her busy work. I was told there was some notary work was being done and asked many of us to stay in queue. This is not expected unless you have supporting staff. I saw people leaving because of the waiting tines.. it needs to be addressed!!!

  I have been to this store multiple times and most of the time I see one employee serving multiple customers. Long queues and many times I have to go to other stores. I donno much about the staffing , but I suggest them to consider having more employees to be available, especially during weekdays as we can't afford to spend time in queues out of everyone's busy schedule. It's disappointing to see customers going away because you can't afford to have more staff and the customers were trying to pull time to visit the store!!!

  Walked in and got no greeting or acknowledgment. One employee was busy on the computer while another seemed busy watching him work, yet nobody asked if I had been helped. Then there was the awful poop smell coming from the back of the store. Maybe someone forgot the bathroom exhaust fan exists. Basic customer service goes a long way: greet people, acknowledge them, and please don’t let the store smell like a porta-potty.

  We did a overnight shipment on 10/02, for an urgent package to be delivered on Monday 10/05 and paid $311. Today is Wednesday 10/07 and we still did not receive package. Shame on UPS. They don’t have proper escalation support or customer service. They outsourced so much to franchise and they don’t care about customer. Worst decision. We lost money, time and we are incurring other business losses because of this delay. Pathetic service
