  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I told the store owner that my package was fragile and asked her to add some tape for extra protection, but she ignored my request. Instead, she placed the shipping label directly on the package without properly securing it. I also asked her to cover my address, but she didn't do that either. she is such big mess, I have never seen her before, as I go every week to drop my packages. As a result, the package was returned to me, and I had to go to a different store to ship it again, which cost me extra time and effort. The owner was dismissive, did not listen to my concerns, and provided very poor customer service. I would not recommend this location.
