I went for urgent overnight shipping but I missed the time slot and the overnight pickup truck already left in the evening. The owners of the store really helped to trace down the truck as well the main hub. Finally Mrs Chilam(the owner) voluntarily helped to go and drop my package in McKinney hub so that my package can be included in overnight shipping. Really appreciate the support and kindness.
I have visited this store many times, and the staff are usually cheerful and upbeat—that is, until last Tuesday morning, when I was assisted by an Indian woman. I was shipping a single-page document enclosed in a standard white envelope. Typically, the staff would place the item inside a larger, specially designated UPS envelope before affixing the shipping label; however, she failed to do this and instead pasted the label directly onto my white envelope! The label was actually larger than the envelope itself—I was absolutely stunned! When I asked her why not provided a standard UPS envelope, she gave a dismissive reply, claiming that doing it this way was "fine." I was extremely dissatisfied & Not being respected And She was talking on a personal phone call speakerphone while working.

I visited this UPS Store to ship an item to Houston, and the experience was honestly disappointing. I gave the address and simply asked how much it would cost before finalizing the shipment. That should be a basic customer-service question, not something that makes the customer feel like they are being interrogated.
The staff member seemed overwhelmed, stressed, and not very professional. While I was still checking the address/details on my phone, another customer came in. I politely offered to let her help him first so I would not hold up the line, but I was told in a dismissive tone that “this is the process” and it could not be canceled. The whole interaction felt rigid, rushed, and unnecessarily rude.
What bothered me even more was the pricing. I was first quoted around $35 for a 5-day shipment, which already seemed high. When I questioned it, the price suddenly dropped to around $18. That kind of sudden change does not inspire confidence. It made the pricing feel unclear and inconsistent.
I paid and left, but honestly, after that experience, I just hope the shipment actually reaches the destination without any issues.
I am not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, but this location really needs better customer-service training and better staffing. A customer asking for a quote should not be treated like a problem. I will not be returning to this store.

I had a fantastic experience at this UPS location last week. It was the very last day of my son’s school project, and we were racing against the clock to get everything printed. Khyathi was incredibly cooperative and stayed helpful right up until the very last minute the store was open. Her patience and "can-do" attitude turned a high-stress situation into a success. Highly recommend this branch for their excellent customer service!
