  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at UPS! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Gabe for going above and beyond to help me find the right packaging for my artwork. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  This UPS Store location doesn't seem to care about its customers. I don't know what they're doing behind the counter, but there was a huge line that barely moved the entire time I was there. I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes just to be helped. The lack of urgency and poor customer service made for a very frustrating experience. They really need to improve their efficiency and respect their customers' time.

  I have had a mailbox box at this UPS Store for several years, and always had a good experience with this store. Gabe the Mgr. does a fantastic job training the new employees, who always say hello when people enter the store, and the franchise owner is periodically in the store working hard to make sure things are running smoothly. If you are looking for an extra Mailbox for your Small Business, need Copies, Notary Services or Mailing a Package, give this store a chance, they won't disappoint you.
