  I have had a mailbox box at this UPS Store for several years, and always had a good experience with this store. Gabe the Mgr. does a fantastic job training the new employees, who always say hello when people enter the store, and the franchise owner is periodically in the store working hard to make sure things are running smoothly. If you are looking for an extra Mailbox for your Small Business, need Copies, Notary Services or Mailing a Package, give this store a chance, they won't disappoint you.

  I have a package to return to Amazon and I always use this location since it is close to home and have never had any issues. However, on Sunday June 7th, 2026 I came to the store a little after 4pm and the doors were locked even though they close at 5pm. I wasn't the only customer needing to use these services. A gentleman was talked to thru the door (glass) and when I asked the gentleman if they were closed he told me yes and that the team member was very rude. I really hope the manager at this location speaks to the team member on shift and straightens this out.

  The great customer service by the employees and the Manager Gabe is the nicest guy we have ever met. He is very kind and always makes us feel welcome and appreciated when we come to the store.

  While this UPS store has been great over the years, today’s special shout out is for Jordan. He was super nice and helpful! A classic example of creating customer delight!
