  Hello, I visited your establishment on August 10-11, 2026, to share my positive experience with your remarkable staff, especially Andrew and James, who were exceedingly accommodating. The customer service was beyond my expectations, starting from the unloading of my vehicle until the shredding of crates filled with paperwork.   Typically always in and out of this store within 10 minutes and the staff is always very friendly.

  Manager at the store needs training on customer service and treating people better. Other staffs were more kind and considerate than the store manager. 2 stars for the other staff. Hope they improve the service.

  idk this inconvenience pissed me off i had a package get delivered here and when i called to make sure a friend of mine could pick up the package, the person on the phone claimed the friend would need to bring an ID. And verify tracking number. I could not be present due to having a late flight which i explained. The friend then tells me they said they cannot pick it up since I am not there. UPS to avoid inconveniences and headaches please just tell the truth and the entire procedure before giving out false information. It’s a pain.
