- SSSadifa SultanMay 31, 20261.0On May 31, 2026, I arrived at this UPS location at 3:58 PM to complete a transaction, relying on the posted 4:00 PM closing time due to my demanding weekday work schedule. Upon arrival, I found the doors already locked. An employee exited the store and refused to assist me, falsely claiming that it was 4:02 PM and that she had kept the door open until 4:00 PM. I immediately showed her my watch, which confirmed it had just turned 4:00 PM. Instead of honoring the business hours, she engaged in an unprofessional argument and refused service. As a regular customer, I expect this franchise to uphold the UPS brand standards. I request that management review the camera footage from 3:55 PM to 4:02 PM today to verify this incident and address the employee's premature closing and poor customer service.
