I had an outstanding experience with Ms. Bobbi at the UPS Store in Frisco!
From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and provided service with a smile.
What impressed me most was her patience and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Even while assisting multiple customers, she remained kind, efficient, and attentive. She made the entire process quick and stress-free.
Ms. Bobbi is a true asset to the UPS Store team. If every business had employees with her level of professionalism and care, customer service would be exceptional everywhere.

Would not put a label on my Amazon return without putting it in another package but it is a weird shape that was damaged in the rain. They said I can print a label at home and put it on and they would take it. I asked if they could print the label and let me put it on then and they said they couldn't print the label for me to put on. Went up the street to another UPS store and they gladly took the package and put on the label. These people can't think critically to solve a customer dilemma and instead are basically robots to rules that contradict each other.

This is great store really had good experience everytime. Very courteous. But main thing is they have keep this maintain this goodness

Creo deben poner atención a cliente personas con mayor entendimiento especialmente el turno de la tarde hoy una persona me gritó me parece muy mala experiencia!
I believe you need to assign customer service staff with greater understanding—especially during the evening shift. Today, someone actually yelled at me; I consider this a very poor experience!

The stefan here is very friendly and it's usually a quick turnaround time. I use this store to do returns and to ship work items.
