  Bobbie Kpandeyenge was unprofessional and disrespectful. We came in to the store to have documents notarized and she gave us an attitude the entire time, at one point even mimicking my husband when he responded to her question. We would have asked to see the manager but it seemed like she was the one in charge at the time we came in, it’s really embarrassing for this store to employ someone so immature and clearly can’t handle what should have been a simple notary.

  Bobbie K the manager was a treat to work with! She helped me print all 200~ pages of some paperwork and was very quick!

  I had an outstanding experience with Ms. Bobbi at the UPS Store in Frisco! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and provided service with a smile. What impressed me most was her patience and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Even while assisting multiple customers, she remained kind, efficient, and attentive. She made the entire process quick and stress-free. Ms. Bobbi is a true asset to the UPS Store team. If every business had employees with her level of professionalism and care, customer service would be exceptional everywhere. Thank you, Ms. Bobbi, for making my visit such a positive experience.   Would not put a label on my Amazon return without putting it in another package but it is a weird shape that was damaged in the rain. They said I can print a label at home and put it on and they would take it. I asked if they could print the label and let me put it on then and they said they couldn't print the label for me to put on. Went up the street to another UPS store and they gladly took the package and put on the label. These people can't think critically to solve a customer dilemma and instead are basically robots to rules that contradict each other.
