  I am new to this area. We just established my office 1Step2Wellness at Family Health Market on Preston Road. I called the store and received nothing but stellar customer service right off the Bat. 5 stars and Beyond. A very knowledgeable, and friendly staff that will go the extra mile for you.

  I came in with a big order that I needed to ship 21 boxes separately for work and had to pack them. They were so sweet and so nice and so fast this is a great place to ship anything with great customer service they haven't even helped me lift up some facilities that I needed to get the right address because some of them I didn't have the right address amazing customer service wish every place was like this.

  Open until 8 PM, which is super convenient. Unlike many other UPS Stores, the service here is fast, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Returning items is always a smooth experience.

  Needed to have a package delivered by Saturday to keep my job. At a different location they had told me since I missed the cut off time (Thursday) even though I purchased UPS Next Day Air labels it would arrive Monday. They told me there was nothing they could do because they were closing. I called this UPS store and the staff was extremely helpful at explaining the shipping types and they even gave me a little bit of a discount on the Saturday express shipping.
