    $3.40 to print their own UPS label for laid UPS shipping is outrageously unacceptable. It’s a 10 cent label at best…. You know, the same labels they use as your receipt. And, if you want to use their kind service, you have to email the label to them and wait longer. They are apparently unrequited to scan the barcode of a label and such technology escape them.

    Originally I loved this location because it’s where I have my business mail box. However the customer service is starting to lack. Today took 20-30 minutes extra of my time trying to locate a very important package that was delivered that said it was delivered with my other package. The clerk told me all packages were checked in for the day which was a lie - hence is why my time was wasted because she said the package was not delivered. She did not even ask what carrier or bother to take another look. After going through my phone again to track and make sure I had the facts on my package delivery time and method I asked another clerk who advised that the USPS packages had not been processed for the day but were sitting on a counter exposed to incoming customers where my package could have been taken - an additional clerk reached into the USPS basket and handed me my package and said I could take it because it was not scanned in. Which shows someone else could have also taken my package because it was not accounted for and sitting exposed. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for my mailbox to better protect my business mail. The young lady who appears to be of Indian decent with long black hair has been the clerk that has been the most unhelpful - (also the one who told me my package was not there) - when I’ve come into this location. No I am not racially profiling I am describing the worker in hopes that there can be some resolve.

    Luis was very helpful and went above and beyond for my print jobs. I needed a trading card printed and he did so thoroughly and even cut the edges nicely.
