    A huge thank you to UPS for the outstanding customer service! I changed my mind about mailing a package, and the team was incredibly helpful in holding it before it was sent. I truly appreciate the professionalism, quick assistance, and willingness to help. It’s refreshing to experience customer service that goes above and beyond.     Terrible customer service. Cody was rude, unprofessional and impatient! I am going to use the other UPS locations going forward because I have never been treated like this before!
