  I was trying to meet a deadline for a package return yesterday. The knowledgeable employee told me that he couldn't return the item because I had no bar code and the item wasn't boxed. Because of this, my return deadline was missed and I am on the hook for not returning TWO high dollar items on time. However when I called another local UPS store, the manager told me that the employee at the Preston road store should have boxed the item for me AND provided me a label with the name and address which I had a printout of — HOW MUCH EFFORT DOES IT TAKE FOR A UPS EMPLOYEE TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY????

  For years I used their services often. But my last trip there a rude, older white man was cranky and complaining that I asked for UPS express box to pack my shipments. From now on I’ll go to FedEx or another UPS Store. I don’t need to be treated like that.
