  Mailed my nephew a card to Dallas, Texas LAST MONDAY for his birthday and he still hasn’t received it!!! He would’ve gotten it the next day if I went through USPS. I won’t make that mistake again.

  Worse customer service I have ever had. I was there for an international courier which is about $150 and there was a Jacob named representative was extremely rude. I wrote the address and name on paper and despite that, he kept making mistakes like 4 times, and when I told him for correction he was extremely rude in reply. The owner should give him the customer service training. I myself owner of the restaurant and I always make sure to ensure customer satisfaction. I did not ship there and went to the FedEx store. I highly recommend staying away from this location if Jacob is there.
