  Service was amazing! Sofia D. was super helpful and very patient with us! We had to take some passport pictures & send them out, and she made the process very easy and smooth. Really nice & helpful staff, highly recommend this location.

  I recently visited this UPS store to process a larger Amazon return, and the experience was fantastic. Brittany and Zane worked really well as a team, made me feel welcome, and never once rushed me through the process. On top of that, the store itself was spotless. It’s clear this location cares about both service and presentation. Highly recommend.

  I came in and the Amazon self-service kiosk wasn’t working, so I had to ask an employee for help. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The employee who assisted me was an African American woman with short hair. She was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. She repeatedly sighed while scanning my items, making it obvious she was annoyed, tossed my packages instead of handling them carefully, and asked, “Is this the last one?” in a very dismissive tone. I’ve used many UPS locations over the years, and this was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It’s unfortunate because this location is so close to my home, but I won’t be returning. I hope management addresses the level of customer service here, as every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  I’ve had a great experience with this UPS Store. The location is convenient, it’s always clean, and I really appreciate the self-service kiosk for making returns, it’s such a time saver. I stopped by on Saturday, and while it was a bit busy, the staff wasn’t quite as friendly as I expected. Today, however, my experience was completely different. Sofia greeted me with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in, was eager to help, and was genuinely kind throughout my visit. Great customer service like hers makes all the difference. I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location!
