  This is NOT a good location to choose for an Amazon return. It is not easily accessible since it is inside PGA's Omni resort. No signage. Make your returns elsewhere.

  I can't say enough great things about the staff at this location. We were hosting an event at the Omni Hotel and had a handful of last-minute print needs. Stephanie and team were so kind, very fast, and covered all our needs and more. Wonderful place.

  I am sharing this update to help inform others. This is not a typical UPS Store location. They are located INSIDE the Omni PGA Resort inside the conference center area. They are mostly there to service the hotel, conferences, and guests. They are open to the public, just a little harder to find/acess. If you can find this location, they will provide great service, and it is not as busy as other stores. The best way to access it is to pull up in the conference center circle drive near the large glass doors. The UPS Store is right inside those doors. The resort occasionally locks them, so if they are locked, just call the store, and an employee will come let you in.
