  Terrible customer service today. The lone employee at the counter was completely overwhelmed by a high volume of orders and took out his frustration directly on us. He openly complained and threw a tantrum simply because we placed multiple orders, then deliberately made us wait longer. While the location was clearly understaffed, treating paying customers with that level of hostility is completely unacceptable.

  I got the new hot honey nachos and the lady working there only put ONE single slice of tomato. I asked her if it only came with one tomato and she said yes ._. Also i had to remind her that it came with jalapenos and hot honey.

  They only have one person working here during the evenings and night, with all the DoorDash orders they get, I had to wait about 45 minutes before I even ordered. The lady working is nice though, it’s not in her hands. Subway is being stingy and it shows.

  Ordered online—a simple turkey sub—but there were barely any veggies on it. Seriously, don’t be so cheap with the toppings. Really disappointing and ruining the Subway name.
