    No complaints about Subway food. It's always good. But the lady at the store was rude. I had a customer in front me and she asked for something and this lady responded in a rude way. I ordered multiple subs and at the end not even a simple thanks or good night. I said thanks and good night but no response.

    Very worst service and they are wantedly cancelling the orders. And response is so bad. People woking there dont want the customers to come in for their orders.

    I had an outstanding experience tonight and wanted to recognize the employee who prepared my four sandwiches. He was incredibly attentive to every single detail I requested and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my order, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out. There was also an issue with the Footlong Sub supposed to be free through the app, but it didn’t ring up correctly in time. He handled the situation honestly and professionally, made sure I received the appropriate discount, and explained that I would be able to get it free through the app next time. His transparency and willingness to help made a big difference and showed how much he values customers. I’ve honestly never had a Subway employee treat me this well before. His level of customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Although I don’t know his name, he was working at this location at this specific time and day, and he absolutely deserves recognition. In my opinion, he has the qualities of a strong leader and would make an excellent manager. Employees like him elevate the entire store experience. Thank you for having someone so dedicated on your team. I will definitely return and continue supporting this location if you hire and promote people like him.
