  Horrible experience here. The guy making me sandwich toasted it without asking me and when I said I didn’t want it toasted, he got mad at me and had an attitude because I didn’t stop him when he put it in the toaster. I told him he didn’t ask and I hadn’t noticed until it was done. And he started yelling at me And threw my sandwich in the trash as I walked away.

  I placed an order online, but then had to stand in line at the store for 20 minutes while and when it was my turn they made me wait even more while they served customers who had come in after me. It took 40 minutes to get my sandwiches from the time I placed the online order. 15 of that was past the announced time.
