  I come to this establishment every lunch never had a problem today. I came ran my car twice. I looked at my bank statement. It took $7.24 out two times they still would not give me my sandwich then the worker that was at the cashier cause a man first the man proceeds to have her call another woman after I ask for corporate‘s number the woman gets hostile on the phone with the cashier and says that she is corporate and I need to call my bank after they took $14 and some change for me I would not recommend coming to this subway due to poor communication the management being poor to the customers and them stealing money and not refunding it back on my account

  Breads not ready, and still they say they are busy chatting. Not customer friendly. Do not recommend to go here. The breads they given was also not fresh. They don’t know customer care. Subway getting on to low standards these days.

  Wouldn’t take a coupon and they were out of turkey?!? That was a new one for me. Luckily the subway at Stonebrook and Dallas Parkway came to the rescue. I’m not coming back to this location even though it’s closer to my house.

  Arrived at 8:12pm (10/20 - Thursday) to find the “Open” sign off and the door locked. The hours posted on the door show the closing time is 10pm M-F. I hope this store updates their hours so no one else wastes a trip. I only gave 3 stars since I’ve been here before. I’ll give them some credit.
