  I recently changed insurance companies. This was a big deal for me because I have been with that insurance company for over 30 years, however, I was not happy. So when Brian Bradshaw called me with the Scott Cato group, I told him he was the best insurance seller I’d ever talk to you because I finally after years of thinking about it he is the one who convinced me I needed to change. Brian is carrying my house my car my personal umbrella on my facts if you want an insurance company that will listen to you and help you then you need to talk to Brian Bradshaw and Allstate.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Mandi! She was very responsive, took her time finding the right coverage for me, even going back and forth changing things until we found the coverage that worked. I initially thought I would stay with my provider and she was so professional and respectful when I mentioned it to her but stated she was interested in seeing if Allstate would be able to compete with what I would be quoted to stay. I thought that was pretty cool, actually. I ended up moving to Allstate (primarily due to my experience with Mandi, but also the savings to switch) and the entire experience was so smooth. I'm excited to see how the relationship grows over my time with Allstate.

  THIS SCOTT CATO ALLSTATE INSURANCE IS THE WORST INSURANCE AGENCY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH ! WHEN I GOT MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE FROM THEM SCOTT CATO ALLSTATE AGENCY IN 2025 THE LADY AGENT INPUT THE WRONG HOME INFORMATION INTO THEIR COMPUTER .WHEN I RECIEVED MY ONE PAGE POLICY AND READ IT OVER I NOTICED IT AND CALLED TO INFORM THEM THAT THE LADY AGENT INPUT THE WRONG INFORMATION AND KEPT ON SAYING I OWED ROUGHLY LITTLE OVER $400.00 MORE WHICH IN NO WAY WAS MY FAULT BUT THE LADY INSURANCE AGENTS FAULT. INSURANCE COMPANIES CARRY E & O COVERAGE DIRECTLY BECAUSE OF THEIR FAULTS. E & O IS ERRORS AND OMISSIONS THAT COVERS INSURANCE COMPANIES WHEN INSURANCE AGENTS COMMIT ERRORS. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THIS LAME ASININE SCOTT CATO ALLSTATE INSURANCE AGENCY DECIDED TO TERMINATE MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IN FRISCO, TEXAS ! THEY'LL SCREW YOU IN ANYWAY THEY CAN AND TERMINATE YOUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. I GIVE THEM A ONE STAR ☆ ! THIS INSURANCE AGENCY SUCKS ! BEWARE OF THEM !

  Excellent experience with Amelia for my home and auto insurance. I was frustrated with my last insurance agent who always used to say that I have the best policy available and there is no other option to reduce the premiums with the same coverage. Amelia was so sweet and patient with all my questions and she answered all of them without any hesitation. She explained all the options and different types of coverages. I strongly recommend her for home and auto insurance policies. Thanks Amelia 😊
