  Deja was absolutely wonderful! She was kind and professional at the same time. Sometimes that is hard to do, but she nailed it. When she was searching for my requests and it took a while, she continuously said, "sorry for the wait, or sorry for the long silence". She set up my policy exactly like I wanted. She was extremely helpful!

  He was very nice, polite, and extremely helpful! I got way cheaper rates then what I had been paying with the other insurance companies for my home, and auto insurance. I really liked that he emailed, and sent text messages when I was inquiring for better rates. I was at work and the other companies were calling continuously. Jay didn't do that. He wasn't pushy and ringing my phone like crazy. I definitely recommend Jay Haidari if you need insurance! He made the experience fast and easy!

  a HUGE shout out to melvin for helping me save nearly $100 a month on my car insurance. i was blown up by several agencies, but he allowed me to text everything until i was able to go home and take lunch. no rushing whatsoever ! everything was smooth and he got me better coverage than i had before! he was really easy to work with, very friendly and professional. thanks melvin!

  Olivia Rohlman has been top-notch in helping me review not only your insurance options, but also how they compare to my existing policy. When you receive a cold call, it can be quite easy to be turned off or even a little annoyed. Olivia, however, was patient, kind, and understanding. She met me where I was at the time, and honestly, that’s probably the only reason I even responded to her. Beyond the policy itself, Olivia took the time to make sure she was applying every discount appropriately and finding every opportunity to make the coverage work for me. Most importantly, she created a space of trust, which is a priority for me when I’m doing business with anyone. She’s truly a gem to have on your team!
