  I had a wonderful experience working with Channing Smith. She was extremely helpful, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Her guidance made the transition very easy and smooth for us. She has excellent manners, communicates clearly, and truly cares about helping her clients. The price she offered was also amazing and very reasonable. I highly recommend Channing Smith to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive.

  Had a great experience with Gaby! She was very patient and answered/explained every question that I had regarding my policies while also going out of her way to make sure I was getting as much savings as I can. Definitely made the whole insurance process much easier and less stressful - which was a huge PLUS for me (while getting the best rates)! Gaby has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly transparent! Thank you Gaby again for all your great help and support!

  Suleiman was my phone contact with the Haidari Agency. I had a very poor impression of Allstate due to some decades-old interaction and actually had no interest in using them for either my Homeowners or Automobile insurance. However, Suleiman was so respectful and above-board on every issue I brought up, and the rates were so superior to anything else I was finding, I decided to use the Haidari Agency for both policies. I am counting on my future experiences w/ Allstate to confirm my huge shift in attitude toward them.

  I want to give a big shoutout to Trixie Stephenson and Jay Haidari at Allstate. Trixie reached out to me proactively to review my homeowners and auto insurance policies and look for opportunities to save money. Thanks to her effort and attention to detail, she was able to lower my premiums while keeping the coverage I needed. I really appreciate that she took the initiative to contact me instead of waiting for me to ask. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Trixie made the entire process easy, professional, and stress free. If you’re looking for an insurance team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping their clients, I highly recommend Trixie Stephenson and Jay Haidari.   Hello All, I would just like to say that I was previously a USAA member for my home and auto insurance. For about the past two years I have been with Allstate. Although I had a great experience with USAA as my insurance company and never had any hassle, the level of attention to detail and response time that I received from Allstate, Jay Haidari, and his team has been outstanding. Every time that I have reached out to Jay, either he or his team has reached out to me to help address my issues and/or concerns in a timely manner. That type of customer service is very, very, very rare, and it goes to show that the team is being led by a true leader. I pray that this high level of customer service continues and also spread throughout the organization as an example of how to treat your customers if you truly value them.
