I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office on State Highway 121 near Parkwood in Frisco. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to help. They made the shipping process easy, answered my questions clearly, and handled everything efficiently. Even though the location can get busy, the team stayed attentive and organized. Definitely one of the best FedEx locations in the area—I’ll be coming back for future shipping and printing needs.

Miles was a huge help to us last week! He went above and beyond and helped us with our print job. I had 2 kids with me and he was so kind to help us with our questions and even helped us cut the flyers too. Thank you Miles!

I had to get 2 documents laminated, Brooke at the desk was exceptional. She helped me get the work done, greeted waiting customers and kept me informed with clear timelines for the lamination. I appreciate her service! Thank you Brooke
