  Everyone all over the place. A bunch of people waiting lack of communication and direction just to pick up a few packages. Really wish I would have Used USPS OR UPS.

  Wow! I'm extremely excited! Just had some booklets printed and Brooke, at Frisco location nailed the job. I will be returning back to this location again. The customer service is over the top! Thanks!

  DO NOT use this location! DOUBLE CHECK the PRICES! I got overcharged , the Assistant Manager had charged me the wrong format.. once a receipt was printed I saw the format 11x17 ; and I said you got a wrong format and he refunded the money and then he recharged me even more., then I asked again to check the price.. later he corrected it.. his name was Will.
