Very poor customer service. The front desk employee was rude and unprofessional. I also tried contacting FedEx support to provide feedback, but they said I had to give feedback directly to the same store, which is frustrating when the issue is with the store employee. FedEx needs a better process for handling customer complaints.
I’ve stopped by this store multiple times just to drop off pre-stamped packages. Every time, I’ve had to ask the staff at the front desk where to leave them — and every time, I’ve been met with a cold, unwelcoming attitude. A reluctant “Fine” seems to be the best customer service they’re willing to offer.
Rude employee. One was very nice, however the other was extremely rude, combative and unhelpful. Go to the UPS next door instead

I have paid for an International Priority Shipping and it was going to be delivered tomorrow at 5 pm. I have tried to call and talk to someone but no one at Fedex is answering me. The shipment now says delivery on Monday. I need this tomorrow to arrive to destination, it is very urgent. I am stuck until I receive it. Can you please do your job and help me???????
