  I was missing one thing from my order, called to let them know I was on my way to pick it up…only to be told I needed to bring my whole order back - which my family was already eating at home. I was told I could place a door dash order for ranch, and they’d make me what I was missing, but I didn’t place the order through door dash and should not have to place an order for anything if I wasn’t given what I paid for in the first place. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager, who was running the register when I came back…it was only when I said I would dispute the entire order with my credit card that he said he would make the 5 piece tenders I was missing. Weird “policy”…calling corporate Monday.

  Ordered a 30piece mix and match and got home to a 20 piece all boneless with all the wrong flavors. Mango habanero ruined my kids taste buds. A waste of $50 dollars.

  Ordered from this location on DoorDash. Double checked it was this specific address before reviewing so I wouldn’t be reviewing the wrong location. Yall please check your cups before you serve people a drink. There was some kind of ashes all throughout my cup when I opened it (order didn’t come with a straw so I was like whatever I’ll drink from the cup lol). I thought maybe it was just at the top but as you see in the pictures, when I dumped the coke out, it’s was in the entire cup. I touched it and it smeared like ashes. I’m sorry but that’s gross. Idc what it’s from check the cups. Edit- Thought I’d throw the drink away and it’d be fine cause nothing looked wrong with the food. But in my fries there is a literal fried bone. Just a chunck of fried broken bone? Get yourself together wing stop.
